A major event in Nogata City, Fukuoka Prefecture, where about 170,000 tulips bloom on the Onga River bed. Tulip bulbs are planted by more than 1,000 planting volunteers every year, and three types of tulip flower beds - circular flower bed, welcome flower bed, and rear flower bed - are set up. During the period, 31 food and souvenir shops will open, and rickshaw test rides will be available. Also, limited to Saturdays and Sundays, various events such as food marche selling bread and sweets, stage events by local high school brass bands and Japanese drum clubs, will be held.
