Koyo Okada was born in Nakajo, Tokamachi City in Meiji 28. He was a mountain photographer who continued photographing "Mt. Fuji" throughout his life and made the name of Mt. Fuji known to the world. He is also known for his work "Spring by the Lake," which was designed on the former 1,000-yen bill. This exhibition mainly displays Okada's works, tracing his achievements and approaching the beauty of the sacred Mt. Fuji.
