A buffet series at Hotel New Otani (Makuhari) themed on seasonal sweets. From December, a buffet featuring Amaou, the representative strawberry of this series, starts. To fully enjoy the charm of Amaou, you can enjoy "New Super Amaou Shortcake" using Nagasaki Prefecture's "Taiyo Egg" for the sponge and fresh cream from Omuta City, Fukuoka Prefecture, as well as "Amaou Roll" wrapping Amaou, fresh cream, and brown sugar anko. Also, you can enjoy Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes such as original seafood bowls where you can put as many toppings as you like, and the hotel's traditional roast beef. (*Amaou sweets will be offered as soon as they arrive)
