A park developed along the Takizawa River that flows on the south side of Kushigata Comprehensive Park. A cherry tree row extends along the river. While strolling along the promenade, you can view Mt. Kushigata to the west and Mt. Fuji through the cherry trees to the south. Iris flowers are planted in the flower beds of the promenade, and from the end of April through Golden Week in May, you can admire blooming irises. Kushigata Comprehensive Park has playground equipment for small children, lawn areas, and sports facilities, available year-round.
