A park recognized as one of the '100 Best Cherry Blossom Viewing Spots in Japan', where a cherry blossom festival is held to coincide with the bloom. About 2,000 Somei-yoshino and mountain cherry trees blossom together, creating a stunning scene of cherry blossoms in full bloom reflected in the pond against the pine-green Mahito Mountain backdrop. The park also has athletic play equipment for both adults and children.
