Mitsuike Park is located about 1.8 km northwest of JR Tsurumi Station, and the three ponds that give the park its name are surrounded by lush forests. It has been selected as one of Japan's 'Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots'. Starting with the kanzakura (early-blooming cherry) that blooms in mid-February, about 70 varieties and approximately 1,000 cherry trees bloom in succession, delighting visitors. The park also has sports facilities, a park center, a Korean garden, and various other facilities.
