Under the theme 'Brand New Hokkaido', a new Hokkaido fair challenged by new buyers. Introduced are ramen that graced the cover of 'Ramen Walker Hokkaido 2026 (KADOKAWA)', Hokkaido-born sweets that cannot be bought online, and new Hokkaido gourmet found by buyers. Commemorating the 20th holding, bento using grape shrimp whose fishing was lifted for the first time in about 3 years, large Hokkaido scallops, crab, Shiraoi beef, and auspicious red-and-white limited menus are also prepared.
