'Asahigawa Sakura Michi', known as a nationally famous cherry blossom spot with 'Okayama Korakuen' and 'Okayama Castle' as its location. During the blooming season of Yoshino cherry trees stretching about 1km along the east bank of the Asahi River, the 'Okayama Sakura Carnival' is held every year. Many food stalls line the venue, and it is bustling with many tourists and hanami visitors from inside and outside the prefecture. During the period, the cherry trees are lit up from sunset to 21:00, so enjoy the fantastic night cherry blossom atmosphere.
