A flower event where early spring flowers can be viewed at various locations in Echigo Hillside National Government Park. At the Flower and Greenery Hall, about 4,500 ice tulips, about 200 pots of Christmas roses, azaleas, and rhododendrons are displayed indoors in rotation according to the flowering season. In late March, about 200,000 snow lilies bloom in the outdoor colony, and in early April, about 1 million katakuri lilies bloom at the Satoyama Field Museum, and about 3,000 Christmas roses reach their peak along the paths of Fureai no Mori.
