Suitable for beginners, but can also be used by faster runners as LSD training. Those not confident in their running ability can enter a shorter distance and may extend their distance on the day if they feel good. Multiple convenience store breaks with the option to drop out partway. Most participants come alone. A running form lesson is held before the run. Non-race participants are also welcome. Participating is sure to bring new discoveries.
