Obama Park is located at the western edge of Obama City, facing Obama Bay at the eastern foot of Mount Kaibo. In spring, you can spend a relaxing time surrounded by Yoshino cherry trees in full bloom and the sound of the sea. From the observation deck, you can also enjoy panoramic views of the city and Wakasa Bay, as well as the surrounding old townscape designated as an Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings.
