The Uzuma Koinobori is a spring tradition along the Uzumagawa River, which flows through the center of Tochigi City and is a symbol of the city. In honor of "ii koi" (good carp), 1,151 carp streamers decorate the Uzumagawa River. Enjoy the carp streamers along with the historical scenery of the Tsukada Historical Museum, a former lumber shipping merchant, and the Yokoyama Folk Museum, which was both a hemp wholesaler and a bank.
