A historically significant event commemorating the Inaoi River water system. Enjoy the spring-in-full-bloom city center of Towada. On Kancho-gai Dori — selected as one of 'Japan's 100 Best Roads' — and the surrounding area, various events are held including the 'Inaoi River Walk.' Enjoy food stalls, a flea market, folk performing arts, and stage events featuring everything from karaoke battles. The night cherry blossom illumination is held when the flowers bloom. Don't miss the fireworks on April 28 only!
