Angoji Temple, known as the temple of Kannon brought from India in 718, is visited by many worshippers. The area is maintained as Angoji Park, with a large weeping cherry on the temple grounds visited by many people. At the Bicchugaoka Observation Deck at the park summit, there are about 450 cherry trees, allowing cherry blossom viewing while strolling the park's walking paths.
