About 200 Yoshino cherry trees are planted along approximately 700 meters of the Osaka-dani River, which flows through Nakatosa Town in Kochi Prefecture and empties into the Pacific Ocean. Planted in 1954, they have grown into a famous cherry blossom spot thanks to the careful protection of local people. The cherry blossoms typically reach their best viewing time from late March to early April, bustling with cherry blossom viewers during full bloom.
