Amid cherry blossoms in full bloom, the mikoshi procession reaches the temporary shrine, and Shinto rites are performed praying for abundant harvests, bountiful fishing, prosperity, and the well-being of all people. Ocarina and keyboard performances are dedicated at the temporary shrine. A hina doll memorial service is also held. A marche (flea market and food) and a free lucky draw are popular events.
