The Yunoko Cherry Line is a cherry tree row on the Yunoko Coast Road, a section of Minamata City Cherry Line designated as one of 'Japan's Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots.' Along about 5 km of the Shiranui Sea coastline near Yunoko Onsen, a tunnel of about 500 cherry trees forms, and the contrast between the pale pink and the deep blue sea is well worth seeing. Wada Cape Park and Osakihana Park along the route are recommended stops where you can enjoy hanami while taking a break.
