Strawberry house 'TSUJIGUCHI FARM' inside the 'AQUAIGNIS' complex hot spring resort of 'healing' and 'food'. At pastry chef Hirokazu Tsujiguchi's strawberry farm, they use particular cultivation methods such as reduced pesticide organic fertilizer cultivation and warming the soil with hot spring heat. The fully ripe strawberries grown with the unique cultivation method of a hot spring facility are exquisite. In the '40-minute all-you-can-eat', in addition to the standard Akihime and Benihoppe, three new varieties Utano, Mikunoka, and Satsumaotome are added, allowing you to taste up to 22 varieties of strawberries.
