From Showa 3 (1928) to Showa 53 (1978), the Kasahara Railway connected Tajimi Station and Kasahara Town. At the time, steam locomotives and diesel cars transported ceramic raw materials and other goods. After being abandoned, it was developed as a cycling and pedestrian-only road called 'Tosai no Komichi,' and cherry trees were planted along the way. Starting from a small bridge extending from Showa Park, the total length is about 4.5 km. Walking while looking up at cherry blossoms in full bloom is the best feeling!
