After the swans' northern migration ends in late March, the cherry tree row (mainly Yoshino cherries) planted along the lakeside begins to bloom, usually reaching their peak in early April. Hyoko (main pond) is about 1.2 km in circumference, and you can stroll under the cherry tree row. Around Golden Week, the double cherry blossoms planted in the slightly elevated double cherry blossom garden reach their peak.
