The 'Takamori Sakura Festival' will be held at two venues in Takamori. At the 'Sakuramichi venue', a plant market will be held and food trucks will also open! You can enjoy gourmet food while having a leisurely picnic in the picnic space. Furthermore, on Saturdays and Sundays in April, part of the venue becomes a pedestrian paradise! At 'Takamori Pass / Senbon-zakura', one of the prefecture's leading cherry blossom spots, about 7,000 Yoshino cherry trees and mountain cherry trees bloom along a 3km roadside with hairpin curves called 'Tsuzura Magari'. Enjoy the superb view that can only be seen during this time.
