At the eve event, starting around 7:30 PM, people carrying torches lit from the sacred fire near Oogamiyama Shrine form a procession along the approach road. The scene resembles a river of flames, offering a mystical experience. The next day, from 10:00, a summit ceremony (prayer for the mountain's peace and climbers' safety) is held at the summit of Mt. Daisen (Misen), drawing many climbers. This day marks the full start of the summer climbing season.
