About 500 Somei Yoshino cherry trees bloom over approximately 2 kilometers, creating a magnificent sight. One of Japan's Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots. Along the embankment, rape blossoms bloom alongside the cherries. The combination of the pale pink cherry blossoms and the vibrant yellow of the rape blossoms is breathtakingly beautiful. With easy access just 5 minutes from the station, a cherry blossom festival is held from late March to early April. *Rape blossoms grow wild and may not bloom in some years.
