'Ice Tulips' blooming in midwinter. From hard buds to slightly colored buds, and then to colorful buds where the flower color is clearly visible, they change slowly and can be enjoyed for over a month. Colorful ice tulips and colorful houses look like a world from a fairy tale. On March 21 (Sat) and 22 (Sun), the popular 'Wanko Marche' will be held.
