The cherry blossom avenue along the Yoichi River, known as the "Yoichigawa Sakura-zutsumi," is a famous hanami spot. Over 500 cherry trees centered on Somei-Yoshino are at their best from late April to early May. On May 3 and 4, a food stall event is held at the roadside station, the start and end point of the cherry blossom promenade.
