A park adjacent to Kozenji Temple, said to be the birthplace of the master swordsman Sasaki Kojiro, enveloped in a richly atmospheric setting. With a statue of Kojiro as its symbol, it features a pond and stone stage, and various cherry trees are planted. In spring, cherry blossoms bloom in succession at different times; in summer, lush green leaves; in autumn, colorful foliage; and in winter, snow flowers on the branches—visitors can enjoy the garden's ever-changing seasonal expressions.
