The ruins of the Yagyu clan jinya (magistrate's office), built by Yagyu Munenori over three years starting in 1642 (Kanei 14). According to the 'Yagyu Clan Diary,' the site measured 1,374 tsubo (454 sq. m) and the front gate was a bamboo-branch gate. It was later expanded by Munenori's son, Munefuyu, but was completely destroyed by fire in 1747 (Enkyo 4), and disappeared with the abolition of the han in the Meiji era while still in temporary construction. It was developed as a historic park in June 1980 (Showa 55). At the Yagyu Jinya ruins, the 'Yagyu Sakura Festival' will be held over two days on Saturday April 4 and Sunday April 5, 2026.
