Around early to mid-April every year, about 50 Yoshino cherry trees bloom at Fujiwaramachi Gokoku Shrine and Kinugawa Onsen Shrine, the cherry blossom spots of Kinugawa Onsen, dyeing the precincts pink. From April 3 (Fri) to 5 (Sun), 2026, the Kinugawa Onsen Spring Festival will be held at Kinugawa Onsen Station Plaza and Cherry Blossom Avenue (about 2 minutes walk from Kinugawa Onsen Station). Also, from April 3 (Fri) to April 12 (Sun) 18:00-20:30, the Kinugawa Onsen Night Cherry Illumination Kinugawa Mangekyo will be held with illumination and chinowa-kuguri ritual.
