The 'Rokaku Plum Garden Flower Festival' will be held at the venue downstream of Shinmachi Bridge. Sales of local specialty products and BBQ at the Jingisukan banquet hall are popular every year! On stage, taiko drum performances and Kagura lion dances will be performed. Why not enjoy a leisurely stroll through the plum garden on a fine day? It is also recommended to view the whole area from the opposite bank's Shinshu Shinmachi Art Museum, Arishima Ikuma Memorial Hall, and Shinshu Shinmachi Fossil Museum.
