The Jacaranda Festival is held in Japan's only forest with a cluster of 1,000 jacaranda trees. During the event, there is a light-up show and a photo contest, while weekends feature a jacaranda seedling growing class, free ripe mango giveaway (100 per day), a lottery for jacaranda seedlings, and stage events with local hula dance troupes.
