Okubo Jinnojo, a great person born in Saita Town, Mitoyo City. Devoting his heart and soul to the development of the Shikoku New Road, advocating the introduction of the Kagawa Water and the concept of the Seto Ohashi Bridge, etc. The 'Jinnojo Festival' is held every year during cherry blossom season to commemorate his foresight and execution power, which contributed not only to Kagawa Prefecture but also to the development of Shikoku.
