More than 150 weeping cherry trees in the park bloom all at once, and you can enjoy the fantastic and beautiful scenery as the branches and flowers sway in the spring breeze. At Takekurabe Square, the festival venue, illumination for night cherry viewing and a craft market are held. A photo contest of pictures taken in the Takeda district is also held.
