The area around Kikuchi Park, where about 3,000 cherry trees including Yoshino and mountain cherries bloom in profusion. Besides enjoying hanami in the park, the Kangetsuro Observation Spot on a small hill offers a panoramic view of the spectacular cherry blossoms filling the entire field of vision. Additionally, a limited-time red carpet appears along the approach to Kikuchi Shrine. The contrast with the cherry blossom tunnel is beautiful and popular as a photogenic spot. Lantern illumination is also performed, creating a fantastic landscape.
