Shiroyama Park was developed around the castle ruins where the stone walls of Hamada Castle remain. From the castle keep site, you can enjoy cherry blossoms with the magnificent view of the port below as a backdrop. There is also a Gokoku Shrine within the park. You can lay out a sheet on the grass and leisurely enjoy hanami under the cherry blossoms. During the peak cherry blossom season, lanterns (bonbori) are lit, allowing you to enjoy the cherry blossoms in a fantastic atmosphere.
