A park located in Tokushima City, Tokushima Prefecture. It has long been loved by citizens as a famous spot for cherry blossoms and azaleas, and after redevelopment focused on cherry blossoms from 1986 to 1988, it was also selected as one of the 'Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots in Japan.' On Saturdays and Sundays, vehicle traffic is prohibited inside the park, so using public transportation is recommended. In a typical year, the cherry blossoms are in full bloom from mid-March to early April.
