A park on a small hill that was developed from the ruins of Takanabe Castle. Stone walls and earthworks that retain traces of the castle remain. About 250 cherry trees are planted within the castle, which is dotted with various historical heritage sites, and from around late March, it is wrapped in beautiful cherry blossom colors. Also, on March 28 (Sat) and 29 (Sun), 2026, 12:00–20:00 (held rain or shine), 'Takanabe Castle Ruins Cherry Blossom Festival 2026 ~ Cherry Blossoms, Lights, and Local Cuisine ~' will be held. The 'spring of the castle town' will be expressed with night cherry blossoms, and you can enjoy local cuisine (food) and music with cherry blossoms and the light of snake-eye umbrellas. Stage events, sales of local products, and 15 food stalls (planned) are also planned. Free distribution of flower seedlings will also be held in 2026.
