Mukaishima Sports Park is a park developed on the site of the Mukaishima salt factory. With "Citizens' Forest," "Tennis Court," "Multipurpose Recreation Plaza," "Roller Skate Rink," etc., walking paths around the park perimeter are also maintained. Especially impressive are about 570 cherry trees planted in the Citizens' Forest, attracting many hanami visitors and families each year.
