Komakiyama Castle is a historic castle that Oda Nobunaga first built himself, and where Tokugawa Ieyasu later set up his headquarters at the Battle of Komaki-Nagakute. At the 'Komakiyama Cherry Blossom Festival', decorations imagining Ieyasu's headquarters are displayed, and at night, fantastical cherry blossom light-ups are conducted. Food trucks and stalls appear, and you can also enjoy outdoor tea ceremony. Chanbara (sword fighting) battles and guide tours are also held, making it an event where you can fully enjoy historical romance and the spring bustle.
