The first-ever, largest bread festival in Gunma Prefecture where bakeries from across Gunma gather at the Gunma Prefectural Government. From 40 entries in three categories—the general category where Gunma bakeries compete with their signature breads, the young category for shops in business for 5 years or less or pastry chefs aged 30 or under, and the local ingredients category featuring breads using at least one Gunma-produced ingredient—the grand prix shop for each category will be decided by visitor voting. Other than that, food and workshop booths by companies, kitchen cars, and more will also be set up.
