The spring festival of Tokiwa Shrine, a vigorous festival praying for a good catch. The 'Futon-danjiri' that collide fiercely with each other and children's 'Shishi-daiko' are dedicated. The portable shrine carrying the deity departs from Tokiwa Shrine, goes to Saizaki Shrine, the town's local deity, welcomes the deity, becomes two deities, spends the night at Robasha which becomes the resting place, and proceeds to Tokiwa Shrine the next day. Highlights include the fierce competition of the four danjiri sandwiching the procession of the portable shrine, and the shishi-daiko dedicated at key points.
