A famous cherry blossom spot representing Shimanto City. About 500 cherry trees are planted in the park, and when in season, they dye the surroundings in pale pink. The Shimanto City Local Museum, modeled after a castle tower, is also one of the highlights. In the gentle spring sunshine, invite family and friends to enjoy hanami. During the Bonbori lighting period, the road is narrow, so one-way traffic from Koshocho side to Marunouchi side. When visiting by vehicle, slow down sufficiently and pay attention to pedestrians.
