Omigawa Shiroyama Park is known as the leading cherry blossom spot in Hokuso, with about 1,000 cherry trees including Somei Yoshino and about 4,000 azaleas blooming throughout the mountain. Especially at night, the area around the Shiroyama Park information center and the Red Bridge is lit up with bonbori lanterns, allowing visitors to enjoy fantastical night cherry blossoms (6 PM to 10 PM / ending according to cherry blossom bloom).
