Every Saturday from January 10 (Sat) to March 28 (Sat), 2026, fireworks are launched over the Hida River downstream of Gero Ohashi Bridge. On January 10 (Sat), a 20-stage launch celebrates coming of age; on February 14 (Sat), passionate fireworks encourage women for Valentine's Day; on March 21 (Sat), cherry blossom fireworks depict mountain cherry and weeping cherry trees—each session features different themes and effects. Every Saturday from January to March, enjoy about 10 minutes of fireworks from 20:30 to 20:40 at 'Winter Gero Onsen Fireworks Story ~Fireworks Seasonal Almanac~.'
