From spring to autumn, Shirakaba Resort Lakeside Garden offers seasonal flowers to enjoy by the shores of Lake Shirakaba. From April to May, rhododendrons and narcissus bloom; from June, approximately 3,000 nikko kisuge (Hemerocallis middendorffii var. esculenta) begin flowering. From mid-July, approximately 100,000 lilies of 80 varieties bloom in full glory, spreading a beautiful floral landscape with a refreshing fragrance. Around mid-September, golden acacia, flowers on the hillside, Colchicum under the lift, and seven-color cosmos in the cosmos garden each reach their peak.
