An aerial strawberry farm located in Joso City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Using a rare lift-type cultivation system in Japan where strawberry growing racks are suspended and automatically move up and down, this farm cultivates approximately 190,000 strawberry plants, the largest scale in Japan among farms using this method. All plants are grown in elevated beds, making them easy to pick even for children. The entire floor is covered with sheeting and the aisles are wide, allowing wheelchair and stroller access. The Granberry Cafe offers sweets made with plenty of fully ripe strawberries. Pets are allowed if you bring a dog cart or carrier bag. Pet cart rental is also available. There is a dog run adjacent to the Granberry Cafe, so you can enjoy it with your pet.
