A special exhibition focusing on the bodies of creatures living in the sea. In addition to introducing the characteristics of skeletons of fish, birds, and mammals, the differences between bony fish and cartilaginous fish, and the differences between marine creatures and human bones through skeleton specimens and explanation panels, transparent skeleton specimens with biological muscles made transparent and bones colored, and Oarfish skeleton specimens created by staff of Shimane Prefectural Hamada Fisheries High School and Aquas are also exhibited. On specific dates during the period, workshops related to skeleton specimens and gallery talks are also held.
