This year too, the "Esashi Spring Hair Crab Festival" hosted by the Esashi Crab Town Association is confirmed! At the venue, beach-boiled hair crab and chilled hair crab will be sold (limited quantity), free distribution of hair crab soup (limited quantity), morning market by Esashi Fishery Processing Cooperative, as well as sales of food menus including crab rice and kitchen cars (sales hours scheduled 11 AM - 3 PM) will line up. Enjoy the "spring hair crab" that has accumulated plenty of umami under the drift ice.
