In order to promote the appeal of spring oysters from Hiroshima Prefecture, the "Hiroshima Spring Oyster Festival" was first held in 2021 at 27 restaurants in the Ekinishi area. The number of participating restaurants has increased year by year, and this time the event will be held at a record 179 restaurants, the largest scale ever. Oyster corners will also appear at the supermarket "Fresta" and at the souvenir shop "Hiroshima IPPIN" in Orizuru Tower & Hiroshima Castle Sannomaru. Let's liven up "spring oysters" together as a whole city!
