A dinner buffet where you can enjoy dishes using Kasumi crab, landed and boiled at Kasumi fishing port in Kami-cho, Hyogo Prefecture. The boiled Kasumi crab, with its sweet flesh tightly packed and offering both a firm texture and moist juiciness, is available all-you-can-eat, along with a lineup of dishes using Kasumi crab such as salads and pizza. Also, classic dishes like roasted black Wagyu beef, nigiri sushi, and tempura that can be enjoyed by all generations, as well as desserts using strawberries such as freshly made strawberry sorbet using liquid nitrogen, are prepared.
