The site of Yuzuki Castle, the residence of the Kono clan, guardians of medieval Iyo. With a museum and restored samurai residence, it is designated as a National Historical Site. Famous as a spring cherry blossom spot bustling with hanami visitors, about 370 Yoshino cherries bloom in unison. Walking leisurely amid fluttering cherry petals is also delightful.
